Terms and Conditions for Urban Portable Cabin

Welcome to Urban Portable Cabin. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, supply, installation, and use of all products and services offered by Urban Portable Cabin. By placing an order, requesting a quotation, purchasing products, or using our services, customers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Urban Portable Cabin specializes in the manufacturing, supply, installation, and customization of portable cabins, portable office cabins, security cabins, portable toilets, prefabricated structures, container offices, modular buildings, and related products.

All orders placed with Urban Portable Cabin shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations provided by Urban Portable Cabin are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, transportation charges, taxes, or other market conditions.
  • GST, transportation, unloading, installation, and other applicable charges may be charged extra unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
  • Urban Portable Cabin reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.
  • Any modifications requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and changes in delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • Customers must make payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Delay in payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of work.
  • Ownership of the product shall remain with Urban Portable Cabin until full payment is received.
  • All taxes and statutory charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Urban Portable Cabin shall not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, transport disruptions, labor shortages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access for transportation and installation.
  • Any additional expenses due to site conditions shall be borne by the customer.

6. Warranty Policy

Leakage Warranty

Urban Portable Cabin provides a 6 (Six) Months Leakage Warranty Only from the date of delivery or installation.

The leakage warranty covers manufacturing-related roof or wall leakage issues under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Roof leakage due to manufacturing defects.
  • Water seepage caused by manufacturing defects in panels or joints.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Any physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Damage caused during transportation arranged by the customer.
  • Damage due to mishandling, misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, floods, storms, cyclones, earthquakes, or other natural calamities.
  • Electrical components.
  • Plumbing fittings.
  • Paint finish or color fading.
  • Doors, windows, locks, handles, glass, and accessories.
  • Flooring damage.
  • Rust, corrosion, or damage caused by chemicals.
  • Damage due to unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  • Wear and tear due to normal usage.
  • Leakage caused due to customer modifications or external structures attached to the cabin.

No other warranty, guarantee, or assurance is provided apart from the above-mentioned 6 months leakage warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Urban Portable Cabin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payments once received are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of manufacturing.
  • Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

9. Product Specifications

  • Product dimensions, colors, images, and specifications displayed on the website are for reference purposes only.
  • Actual products may vary slightly depending on customization requirements and manufacturing processes.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, designs, text, and other materials are the exclusive property of Urban Portable Cabin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Urban Portable Cabin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
